Return Policy

We agree that we will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. From time to time, we may reveal general statistical information about our site and visitors, such as number of visitors, number and type of goods and services purchased, etc. Only those of our employees who need access to your information in order to perform their duties are allowed such access. Any employee who violates our privacy and/or security policies is subjected to disciplinary action, including possible termination and civil and/or criminal prosecution.

Refund Policy

Once the product is received by the company successfully, SHREE RAM ENTERPRISES will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund within 7 working days.

Refund and Cancellation for Service Provider Company

Due to the nature of service providers, "NO REFUND", "NO CANCELLATION" will be entertained once the payment has been made.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that an order can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained. However, returns are possible for all orders/products.

Customers can CANCEL an order only before the order has been shipped/dispatched. After the products have been shipped, the customer CANNOT cancel the orders. However, returns are possible for all orders/products.

Shipping & Delivery Policies

SHREE RAM ENTERPRISES ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24 hours. We ship on all days except Sundays and National Holidays.

For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). For other areas, the products will be shipped through couriers/logistics and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location. At times, there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control, for which SHREE RAM ENTERPRISES is not liable. We would request our users to cooperate as SHREE RAM ENTERPRISES continuously tries to minimize such instances.

SHREE RAM ENTERPRISES reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than the usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable, and refund the amount paid for canceled product(s) to your source account.
